A group of strangers arrives in West Virginia to film a reality TV survival show in the remote wilderness. But what starts as a game soon turns into a real-life nightmare, when they discover the woods are home to a clan of inbred cannibals who hunt for sport. Trapped deep in the forest with no communication or escape, the contestants must fight to stay alive as the cameras continue to roll.

Former military man Dale Murphy (Henry Rollins), the show’s no-nonsense host, takes charge as the group is picked off one by one in increasingly brutal ways. The line between fiction and horror quickly blurs, and survival means more than just outlasting the game—it means outsmarting monsters bred by generations of isolation and mutation.

As alliances form and trust fractures, the survivors are forced to use their wits, weapons, and raw instinct against enemies who know the terrain better than anyone. Each wrong turn leads deeper into blood-soaked territory where escape feels impossible and every shadow hides a threat.

Wrong Turn 2 doubles down on the gore, tension, and depravity of the original with savage traps, relentless violence, and a chilling sense of hopelessness. It’s not a game anymore—this time, the cameras are the least of their problems.
